White agrotextile 50g/m2 is used for winter protection of plants wintering in the ground (roses, rhododendrons, conifers, vines, heather, magnolias, etc.)

You must not cover evergreen plants with black foil, because these plants and shrubs require light and ventilation.

The cover is very necessary in snowless winters, when plants are deprived of a protective layer of snow.

In crops ground, white agrotextile can be used to cover wintering parsley, leeks, carrots and plants with poor frost resistance.

Strong gusts of frosty wind pose a great danger - the wind causes intense evaporation of water from leaves and needles. Plants begin to dry out because they are unable to absorb enough water from the frozen soil. For this reason, the needles of conifers dry out in frost, and in spring they are in very poor condition. Most of the above-mentioned plants gradually regenerate, but they need several months before they take on a nice appearance. You must not cover evergreen plants with black foil, because these plants require light, the cover should not be completely tight, because ventilation is necessary.
