SwingBell dumbbells are made of hand-sewn real leather which can be hung directly on the NOHRD Wall after training.

• With the NOHRD Wall Compact training system, you receive a new workout every day (training of the day) or you can choose your own workouts. During training, heart rate and calories burned are displayed in the user's profile and evaluated after the training.
• Training sessions include exercises with a cable pull, ski trainer, dumbbells or free body weight exercises. The preview shows the training video so that the user can prepare during the break.
