I recommend a running set. Trak skis, length 205 cm, poles length 140 cm. Shoes included in the set from Adidas, insole length 24 cm.
The condition of the skis and poles is very good in my opinion. Shoes in good condition. The front part of the shoes has worn leather on the bends (shown in the last two photos).
