Extremely popular panko cereal breading in the form of large crumbs, commonly used for Asian cuisine. Light, crunchy, more delicate than the breadcrumbs we know, it is perfect for various fried dishes, especially meat, shrimps and vegetables. It fries perfectly, but unlike ordinary breadcrumbs it does not absorb much fat! Its residues can be easily removed with an ordinary paper towel or tissue paper.

With the addition of panko we can prepare many oriental dishes delicacies such as Japanese tonkatsu pork cutlets, irresistibly tender shrimp in tempura and Korean corndogs - gamja-hotdog. It is also perfect for preparing typical European dishes, e.g. croquettes or pork chops.
