1. Remove the protective cover from the tester chambers.

2. Rinse the tester chambers with the tested water.

3. Fill the chambers to the brim with the water sample.

4. To measure pH: insert one Phenol Red

5 tablet directly into the appropriate chamber. Replace the cover protecting the tester chamber.

6. To measure free chlorine: insert one DPD

7 tablet directly into the appropriate chamber. Replace the cover protecting the tester chamber.

8. Shake the tester to mix the water sample so that the tablets dissolve completely.

9. Read the measurement value from the scale. The tester should be held against the light.
