Witchholds mRung 2in1 mobile grip board

mRung 2in1 is a mobile training and warm-up grip board designed to improve open and closed grip strength. mRung 2in1 is a classic mini wooden grip board or campus strip, which can be used as an independent training device, a campus strip with various grips and as a great complement to Witchboard Easy and Hard, and also, when using the rep (included in the set), as a mobile grip board whose structure meets many training aspects and is a useful device during:

• warm-up in the rocks and outdoor training;
• training at home or on a climbing wall (a great alternative for people who do not can mount a standard grip board);
• exercises on a bar.

mRung 2in1 is made of solid, high-quality alder wood. The material used provides an excellent grip, ensuring the comfort of the skin of your hands.

The grip board has an asymmetrical grip pattern.
