The Goldbrunn450 vacuum dryer is a device used for gentle and thorough drying of materials with complex composition and those that are easily they oxidize or decompose. It is also used to sterilize laboratory glassware. Thanks to the ability to precisely set the temperature, it is suitable for use in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, university and cosmetic laboratories, as well as in research laboratories of various enterprises, e.g. mining.

Shorted drying time (without condensation) is ensured by the vacuum created inside the Goldbrunn laboratory dryer. The pressure in the chamber is lower than the ambient atmosphere - up to a maximum of 133 Pa (0.00133 bar). This speeds up the process. It also increases the level of safety when processing delicate samples, without causing scale or sediment formation. Even complex elements with a porous surface will become completely dry.

Precise setting of parameters is possible thanks to the PID controller responsible for maintaining the temperature inside the vacuum chamber at a constant level (50-250°C). . It also allows you to conveniently change the heating intensity with an accuracy of 0.9°C. All values ​​are shown digitally on the LED display. The control panel also includes operating, heating and alarm indicators. A clear and large analog pressure gauge indicates the pressure.

A solid shelf, made of durable aluminum, is placed on brackets on the sides of the chamber walls. It can be easily pushed in or out. In addition, it conducts heat well and reduces its loss, and is resistant to oxidation at high temperatures. The tight door is equipped with pressure-resistant, 12-mm tempered glass, protecting against heat loss and implosion. The window allows you to freely observe the processes taking place inside the vacuum dryer. On the side of the Goldbrunn model there is a vacuum pump connection valve with a diameter of 16 mm (the scope of delivery does not include the pump).

The spacious vacuum chamber (with a capacity of 20 liters) is made of durable, anti-corrosion stainless steel. The internal supports are made of anodized aluminum, which allows excellent heat transfer at all levels. The materials used are resistant to chemical agents. Insulation (around the door) keeps the temperature and pressure in the chamber constant. The seal is easy to remove and clean.

Safe operation of the chamber dryer is ensured by an overheating protection system (automatic switch). A release valve behind the tray cover allows uniform return to external pressure without any turbulence. Moreover, the device is easy to clean. Smooth interior surfaces and rounded joints allow you to quickly wipe off any dirt.
