GOLDBRUNN vacuum dryer from a German manufacturer of professional laboratory equipment made of high-quality components ensuring long-term and failure-free operation.

The vacuum dryer is used for gentle, thorough and very quick drying of materials sensitive to oxidation: samples, electronic components, laboratory glass, flammable solvents, etc. Tight closure and no air circulation inside allows drying of powdered materials and granulates. The use of vacuum allowed elimination of oxidation of active substances, and the hermetic closure protects the material against external contamination.

Thanks to the possibility of precise temperature setting, suitable for tasks in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, university and cosmetic laboratories, as well as in research laboratories of various enterprises, e.g. mining.

Reduced drying time b> (without condensation) is ensured by the vacuum created inside the chamber. A pressure lower than the ambient atmosphere is created in the chamber - up to a maximum of 133 Pa (0.00133 bar). The vacuum significantly accelerates the drying process. Removing air from the chamber increases the level of safety when processing delicate samples, without causing scale or sediment formation.

The vacuum dryer uses adigital PID temperature controller which allows precise, constant temperature control inside the chamber level (up to 50 °C). The heating intensity can be adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1 °C.

Shelves made of durable aluminum, placed in the chamber, can be easily moved in or out. Tight door is equipped with a viewing window made of pressure-resistant, double glass protecting against heat loss and implosion.

Large vacuum chamber b> (with a capacity of 50 liters) is made of durable, anti-corrosion stainless steel, also resistant to chemical agents. Easy cleaning The chamber is ensured by smooth interior surfaces and rounded joints.

On the side wall of the device there is a vacuum pump connection valve with a diameter of 16 mm. The vacuum pump is not included with the device.
