Bicycles we ship in the original form, provided by the manufacturer for self-assembly. The bicycle sent from the manufacturer has pre-adjusted derailleurs, but they may become misaligned during transport.

The condition for maintaining the warranty is screwing, adjustment and the so-called zero inspection of a new bicycle at a specialized bicycle service, which will include a warranty card.

Bikes are also sent from our showrooms, in which case the bike may be sent in non-original packaging.
