The wonderful Italian chocolate Drogheria Ravasio, until now known as Esserre. It is the same product, the same composition, only the graphic design of the can and the name of the chocolate have been changed. It is chocolate based on original high-quality cocoa with a content of 22/24 cocoa butter. Produced in the vicinity of Milan. It diversifies the offer in many restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Often ordered by individual customers. After preparation, it becomes thick, liquid and velvety. Perfectly combined with additions such as ice cream, whipped cream and cinnamon. Packed in special 1kg cans, thanks to which it retains its taste for a very long time. An ideal choice not only for cold evenings or as an addition to delicious ice cream.
In restaurants, we recommend preparing it in special chocolate makers, but you can also easily prepare such chocolate at home. Just dissolve the appropriate amount of chocolate in warm milk, then heat it to 80 degrees and enjoy thick, delicious Italian chocolate.
