Classic chocolate powder contains a minimum of 32% cocoa, while this version contains as much as 50%.

How to prepare milk chocolate for hot drinking?

When preparing, remember not to boil the chocolate, just heat it to approx. 60 - 70 °C and stir slowly, good chocolate does not likes rush.

Suggestion 1 - A cup of very thick milk chocolate

Prepare approx. 70 ml of 18% cream (or 35 ml of 35% cream and 40 ml milk), add approx. 70 g of chocolate. Heat to approx. 60 – 70 °C while stirring slowly. After melting, the chocolate is ready to drink.

Suggestion 2 - A cup of milk drinking chocolate

Prepare 200 ml of MILK, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (approx. 30g). Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts.
