NEW IML PRINTING TECHNOLOGY (IN MOLD LABELING)

The IML printing method involves a permanent connection form and embedding the print into the structure of the deck.

The use of In Mold Labeling technology ensures high resistance to scratches and abrasion and allows for excellent print quality.

In during the production process, the deck and the print become a uniform product.

Description:

1. Axle mounting (truck) with 4 metal screwswith locking nuts.
2. The axles have rubber elements, the so-called bushings that affect the flexibility when turning the skateboard. The whole thing is held by a screw - king pin. This screw adjusts the stiffness of the board.
3. Anti-slip gridmade of one cast of the entire board, covered with a colorful motif.
4. Wheels with rims embedded in polyurethane with strong ABEC 7 bearings. Diameter 57 mm, width 45 mm.
