HS-2012K stationary bar is a multifunctional training station with a grid-shaped pull-up bar, dip handles and lower handles for performing push-ups on an elevated platform. Track and push-up handles
What is the difference between a truss and push-up handles? from a regular pull-up bar? Unlike a regular bar, which only offers one type of grip, the truss has several grips placed in different directions. This makes exercises on the truss more versatile, involving more muscle groups and enabling training in various planes of movement.
