Preparation method

4 portions of 144 g each

1. Boil water and measure 500 ml.

2. Pour the contents of the bag into water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil).

3. Pour the jelly into salad bowls or a glass bowl and after cooling, put it in the fridge to set.

Use less water during hot weather.

Remember that fresh kiwi and pineapple prevent the jelly from setting.

Recipe for Strawberry Ball

Dissolve 2 strawberry jellies in 900 ml of boiling water (do not boil!), pour into a large bowl, put the cooled jelly in the fridge until it sets. Turn the bowl upside down and pour the jelly onto a flat plate. Take the center of the jelly with a spoon and mix with 150 g of strawberries, pour into the cavity and leave to set. Serve with whipped cream.

In hot weather, use less water.
