Jelly with agar Strawberry Gluten-free vegetarian 45 g Celiko
Celiko agar jelly is a gluten-free product suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Its composition does not contain gelatin. It hardens quickly.

Preparation method
1. Pour the contents of the package into 250 ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly - until dissolved.
2. Bring the jelly to a boil and then cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Pour into a container and let cool.
To enrich the taste with sweetness, just add the selected sweetener or sugar - about 1-2 teaspoons. To prepare the jellies, just use 50 ml less water and pour the dissolved jelly into silicone molds.
Ingredients
isomaltulose*, strawberry juice powder 13% (maltodextrin, concentrated strawberry juice), gelling agent: agar, aroma, acidity regulator: citric acid.
* Isomaltulose is a carbohydrate with a less sweet taste than traditional sugar. It is completely digestible and absorbable. Provides energy in the form of glucose for a longer period of time. It is not broken down by bacteria in the oral cavity, therefore it promotes proper tooth mineralization.
