Sugar-free strawberry-flavored jelly powder. Gluten-free product.

Ingredients: pork gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid, strawberry juice powder 1% (maltodextrin, concentrated strawberry juice), flavor, color: carmine.

The product may contain: milk, soy and their derivatives.

Preparation method:

• Pour the contents of the package into 1/2 liter of boiled, hot water (do not boil).
• Mix thoroughly until dissolved and cool. If you wish, you can add sweetener or sugar to the jelly (about 3-4 tablespoons).
• Pour into a container and put in the fridge to let the jelly harden. In hot weather, use less water, approx. 400 ml.

The package is enough to prepare 4 portions of jelly, approx. 130 g each.

Store in a dry and cool place.
