WHITE SAGE (SALVIA APIANA) is a natural incense known and valued all over the world. For centuries it has been used by, among others, the Indians of North America. Apart from its obvious aromatic properties, it is also believed to have numerous spiritual properties, including the ability to cleanse rooms of bad energy, drive away evil spirits and entities, and cleanse the aura. When burning, it emits an extremely pleasant, natural and unique herbal scent.

You can burn white sage yourself - to do this, set the leaf on fire, then extinguish the flame, and place the leaf on a heat-resistant base. Sage can also be burned on incense coal, which we recommend for smaller leaves. Then it will burn completely, including the stems and twigs. A roll of dedicated charcoals is included in the offered set.

The incense should be stored tightly closed, in a dry and cool place - only then will it provide a perfect scent for a long time. All our products are packed with attention to this principle.

"Palo Santo", meaning in Spanish " "Holy Tree" is a species of tree belonging to the frankincense group (like Olibanum and Myrrh). It occurs naturally in South and Central America under the Latin name Bursera graveolens.

The twigs offered at the auction come from Peru, where the harvesting of the Holy Tree is regulated by the Peruvian government, and legally operating companies obtain appropriate certificates (which we have for inspection). Cutting down trees is prohibited in Peru. Only naturally dead branches and limbs may be collected, after a sufficiently long time after their natural fall. When buying at auction, you can be sure that the tree comes from a legal source and was obtained in full compliance with nature. Only wood obtained in this way guarantees the preservation of its extraordinary properties, for which it is so widely appreciated all over the world.

In addition to the obvious aromatic qualities, the Holy Tree is believed to have numerous cleansing and healing properties. It has been used for centuries in meditation, to cleanse rooms and protect against bad energy. Smoking Palo Santo is supposed to bring prosperity, prosperity and peace. The essential oils contained in the tree help clear the mind during prayer or meditation. An interesting fact is that currently Palo Santo is successfully used as incense in most churches in South and Central America.

The healing properties of the Holy tree have been valued in natural medicine for a long time. Its anti-inflammatory, antifungal and even anticancer effects have been noted. In Amazonian medicine, they are also used for rheumatic pain and abdominal pain.
