Description
Supremin Max is an antitussive drug that reduces the frequency and intensity of cough through the central inhibition of the cough reflex. It is indicated for use by adults and children over 3 years of age. The product contains citrate butamirate, which is responsible for inhibiting the cough reflex, but also relaxes the smooth muscles of the bronchi, making breathing easier.
Indications for use
Severe, dry cough
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Children aged 3 to 6 years - Dosage 5 ml of syrup (7.5 mg citrate butamirate) 3 times a day.
Children aged 6 to 12 years - Dosage 10 ml of syrup (15 mg citrate butamirate) 3 times a day.
Adolescents over 12 years of age - Dosage 15 ml of syrup (22.5 mg citrate butamirate) 3 times a day.
Adults - Dosage 15 ml of syrup (22.5 mg of citrate butamirate) 4 times a day.
Ingredients
