Plantain syrup - supports the upper respiratory tract, capacity 125 g.

Sirupus Plantaginis - a medicinal product traditionally used in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections and colds.

Ingredients:

Active substance: liquid extract of plantain leaf (Plantago lanceolata) folium).

100 g of syrup contains 10 g of liquid extract from plantain leaves (Plantago lanceolata folium, 1:3, extractant: ethanol 60% v/v).

Excipients : sucrose, water, raspberry flavor.

5 ml of syrup contains 3.9 g of sucrose.

Indications:

Sirupus Plantaginis it is used in upper respiratory tract infections and colds. Helpful in pharyngitis.

Notes:

Do not use in children under 6 years of age.

Due to the alcohol content, the drug may impair the operation of machinery and the ability to drive vehicles.

Properties:

Sirupus Plantaginis has anti-inflammatory properties in the mouth and throat.

Dosage:

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Children aged 6 - 12 years: 5 ml of syrup 3 - 4 times a day.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 15 ml of syrup 3 - 4 times a day.

• A measuring cup is included in the package.
• If the symptoms worsen or do not subside after 7 days, it is recommended to implement another treatment.

Use with other drugs:

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, have recently taken, or might take.

Contraindications:

When not to use Sirupus Plantaginis

• in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
• in pregnant and breast-feeding women.

Side effects:

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Warnings:

• The drug contains up to 5.5% (m/m) ethanol. 5 ml of syrup contains ethanol in an amount equivalent to approximately 3.9 ml of wine with 12% alcohol content or approximately 9.1 ml of beer with 5% alcohol content.
• Harmful for people with alcoholism, epilepsy and other diseases liver.
• If shortness of breath, fever or purulent sputum occurs while taking the drug, contact your doctor.

Take during pregnancy:

Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Storage:

• Store at a temperature no higher than 25oC.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Protect from light.
