Green coffee contains slightly less caffeine than traditional coffee - traditional coffee contains approx. 70-140 mg of caffeine in a cup, and green coffee approximately 64-133 mg of caffeine. Its stimulating effect will be similar to that of roasted coffee :-)

Properties of green coffee:

The properties of green coffee are due to valuable chlorogenic acid. It does not occur in black coffee beans or there is much less of it, because during the roasting process they lose up to 50% of this substance. Chlorogenic acid has a beneficial slimming effect. In addition, it has antioxidant properties - it prevents many diseases caused by free radicals. Apparently it also delays skin aging and strengthens hair. Due to these properties, green coffee is used in cosmetics.

How to use green coffee?

Pour coffee into a mug (1-3 teaspoons depending on depending on taste preferences) and pour boiling water over it. Drink 2-3 cups a day. If you want to lose unnecessary kilograms, you should drink green coffee before breakfast.
