Amora is one of the oldest mustard producers in France. The history of the company dates back to the beginning of the 18th century and the "mustard master" François Naigeon. It was this company that was the first to add grape juice instead of vinegar, and then invented a special bottle (dispenser) for pouring mustard, as well as mustard jars, also known in Poland. Armand Bizouard registered the Amora brand in 1919, the company developed rapidly thanks to great marketing, attention to the nice and practical design of jars, and selected advertising. Even before World War II, it was the company that sold the most mustard in France. Amora is a brand that entered the canon of French culinary life, it was sold to Danone, and then to Unilever, which, apart from this brand, also has Maille. And so two great French mustard competitors fell into one corporate bag. Globalization...

Amora offers not only the famous mustards, but also mayonnaises, ketchups and sauces. Here is a version with our own, famous Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, with an interesting, different taste. The largest cylinder in the repertoire; 710 g. In another offer, 395 g. Please note, these are French-style mayonnaises, different from Polish ones.
Ingredients: rapeseed oil 68%, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), egg yolks from French hens 5.1% (very important information ;-) ), salt, sugar, aromas, xanthan gum, colorant: lutein and pepper extract.
