If you are using the ORO-HEALTH acupressure mat for the first time, place it against a chair or sofa with your back and lean back gently to help your body get used to the spikes. You can then proceed to laying on the mat, placing it on a mattress that will provide cushioning so that there is no full pressure on your back, which will help your body get used to the spikes. If you are an experienced user, place the mat on a hard floor and lie down on it, distributing your body weight evenly on the ORO-HEALTH acupressure mat. The weight of your body will provide the required pressure for the spikes to do their job.
