MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION

It is recommended to use the product every day, which should bring the best results.

Lying on your back is an excellent position because the nerves radiate from the spine to the entire body.

You can also place the mat on the back of your chair, which is perfect for office work.

When first used, you may feel slight discomfort, but after a few minutes you will begin to feel a soothing feeling of warmth. You can start your sessions with 10-15 minutes each day, depending on your needs, you can gradually extend them to 20-40 minutes a day.
