How to use the Akumata mat?

The acupressure mat should be used systematically to obtain the best results. It can be placed on the floor, bed or office chair. We can start the first therapy with a 10-15 minute session every day, then we can extend it up to 40 minutes a day, depending on individual needs. At the beginning of your adventure with acupressure, you can wear a thin cotton T-shirt, but we recommend lying on a mat with your bare body. The first 5 minutes of lying down may cause slight discomfort, but after a while it turns into a pleasant feeling of warmth.
