Remember that the wall on which you intend to stick the decoration should be smooth, dry and clean. Refrain from sticking stickers on freshly painted walls for at least 14 days. The adhesion of stickers depends mainly on the type of paint used on the wall. Paints that should not cause a problem are usually acrylic paints and any paints with a matte finish. Walls painted with oil, ceramic, chalk, magnetic paints and those that are assumed to be resistant to water and washing may not have adequate adhesive properties and are therefore not recommended by us. If you don't know what paint your wall was painted with, or you want to perform a simple test to check the adhesion of your wall, follow the instructions below.

Glue a twenty-centimeter section of office adhesive tape to the selected wall and leave it on 24 hours. If the tape does not come off after this time, it means that your wall is suitable for sticking decorative stickers. However, if you notice that the tape has slightly peeled off the wall - don't be discouraged! nothing is lost yet. You can prime the wall with a suitable primer and test again. Most often, it is positive, because the primed wall significantly improves its adhesion.
