It is also a good source of B vitamins, especially B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), and PP (niacin). It is characterized by a high content of iron and phosphorus, as well as good proportions of sodium and potassium. Preparation: Stir before serving. Heat the entire jar or portion in a pot of boiling water. Start feeding with 2-4 teaspoons and increase the portions up to one jar. Once opened, use within 24 hours.
