A new version of the well-known and appreciated Alpine Hearing Protection SleepSoft plugs
How much sound do sleepsoft earplugs mute?
Alpine SleepSoft earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 25 dB. This means that disturbing ambient noises are attenuated. However, you will still hear much louder sounds. Of course, you will hear them less loudly. Many people find it easier to fall asleep when wearing earplugs and more difficult to wake up. Sounds such as the alarm clock, doorbell or children can still be heard.
New: Minigrip
SleepSoft earplugs now have the unique Minigrip. This handy handle makes removing your earplugs even easier. Minigrip is small, inconspicuous and made of soft material. This means that Minigrip will not disturb you even when you sleep on your side.
Snoring
The volume of snoring sounds can be very high and even exceed 95 dB. This is as loud as a pop concert! Despite using earplugs, you will probably still hear this type of snoring. It doesn't matter what earplugs you use.
If you want the highest possible noise reduction, we recommend going to your local ear care specialist for custom earplugs. Their advantage is that they have a perfect fit because they are an exact copy of the ear canal and completely close the ears.
AlpineAcousticFilters™ - Unique filter system
Special acoustic filters in the plugs SleepSoft earphones reduce annoying and harmful noise that makes it difficult to sleep peacefully. Snoring and ambient noise are blocked, making it easier for most people to fall asleep more easily and enjoy uninterrupted sleep. Special filters prevent the feeling of isolation from the outside world. The sounds of an alarm clock, a doorbell, an alarm clock or a crying baby remain audible enough. SleepSoft earplugs are perfect for use at home, while studying or while staying in a hotel or camping.
Do SleepSoft earplugs have maximum attenuation?
SleepSoft earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 25 dB. These earplugs will muffle disturbing sounds, making falling asleep easier and preventing you from waking up too easily. You will still be able to hear some of your surroundings, for example you will still be able to hear your alarm or your children.
Snoring sounds usually have a very high volume. Thanks to SleepSoft earplugs, you will mute a large part of the snoring sounds, which will make falling asleep easier and you will not wake up. It is not possible to completely silence snoring sounds. Due to bone conduction, some of the sound vibrations slip past and will always reach your hearing.
AlpineThermoShape™ material - super soft
The special design of SleepSoft earplugs provides additional noise attenuation and very comfortable fit. This is due to the unique AlpineThermoShape material, an innovation from Alpine. This material adapts to the shape of your ears, so the earplugs fit perfectly. There is no feeling of pressure on your ears. ATS does not contain silicone, so it does not cause allergic reactions.
Soft filters - Extremely comfortable
SleepSoft are earplugs for sleeping with super soft filters, thanks to which you will sleep as comfortably as possible. However, if you find that the earplugs are a bit too long, you can easily cut off the filter/mold part.
Lifespan and cleaning
The lifespan of earplugs depends on the frequency of use. Keeping your earplugs clean will extend their life. The earplugs can be cleaned with lukewarm soapy water.
Dutch design
The design of Alpine hearing protectors is an exclusive Dutch design. All earplugs and filter systems are made in the Netherlands.
