DESCRIPTION:

The active substance of Vidisic is a carbomer, which is a high-molecular water-binding compound. The drug is characterized by high viscosity and a physiological pH, similar to natural tears. It replaces natural tears in case of tear secretion disorders. Vidisic is a liquid gel that binds water, creating a transparent protective layer on the surface of the eye, ensuring proper hydration of the cornea and conjunctiva.

INDICATIONS:

Vidisic is used for the symptomatic treatment of dry eye syndrome (also called keratoconjunctivitis sicca).

DOSAGE:

Dosage for the treatment of dry eye syndrome depends on the individual patient's condition.

The drops should be administered into the conjunctival sac 3 to 5 times a day or more often, depending on needs, and about 30 minutes before bedtime (otherwise there is a risk of the eyelids sticking together).

You should consult your ophthalmologist when using Vidisic for the treatment of dry eye disease, which usually requires long-term or continuous treatment.

Keep the medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the outer or immediate packaging after EXP.
