How to use the sharpener set?

1. Place the stone in salted water for 15 minutes.

2. Then place the stone on a non-slip base on the table, with the short edge facing you. Place the knife blade across the stone - it should form a 90° angle.

3. Start sharpening your knife with stones with coarser granulation, gradually moving on to finer sharpeners (400 → 1000; 3000 → 8000). When sharpening, hold the knife at an angle of 10-20°.

4. Make smooth, decisive movements with the knife from yourself to the end of the stone. Don't pull the knife the other way!

5. After sharpening, clean the stones with a soft brush and set them aside to dry.
