Double-sided leather belt for sharpening a BACHER razor with a set of polishing pastes

The leather belt is an accessory that allows for thorough polishing of the blade after sharpening. Hand-made belt made of vegetable tanned , 3 mm thick cowhide, was placed on a hard and durable beech wood board. The ceiling together with the attached set of four polishing pastes and balm creates a practical set dedicated to the final stage of the sharpening process.

How to use:

1. Apply the selected paste to one or both sides of the skin. Most often, white paste is used for the rough side of the skin and green for the smooth side, but the choice depends on the user's individual preferences. You can also use the smooth side without paste.
2. Make several movements by moving the blade "away from you" as in the photo below, maintaining the appropriate angle.
3. Repeat the same actions on the other side of the blade.
