KNIFE SHARPENING INSTRUCTIONS
- Select the sharpening angle according to the instructions, then use the knob to set the sharpening angle.
- Place the sharpener on a flat surface, holding it by the handle. Then place the knife in the selected Coarse or Fine slot.
- Place the knife perpendicularly in the appropriate slot, pull the blade through the slot, pressing evenly, the knife should always be sharpened from the base to the tip.
- Continue for approx. 8-10 times until the knife is sharp (The number of strokes depends on the degree of sharpening and damage to the knife).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHARPENING SCISSORS
- Place the sharpener on a flat surface .
- Holding the sharpener in one hand and the scissors in the other, place the scissors blades between the ceramic rod, then press down and move the scissors forward. Then, while tightening the scissors, pull them towards you until they are completely closed.
