Italian ice cream Solbena is a powdered Italian ice cream concentrate that is used for direct preparation of soft ice cream from a machine. Our product is ideal for use in machines with gravity mass flow (without pumps) as well as machines with pumps (e.g. AP POLSKA, TAYLOR, CARPIGIANI machines)

We use only the highest quality products. Ice cream made from our concentrate is delicious and very delicate.

PRODUCTDOES NOT CONTAIN PALM OIL!

Preparation

Dissolve 2 kg of powder in 5 liters of boiled and cooled water. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Set the resulting mixture aside for 15-20 minutes to hydrate the ingredients. The mass should be mixed before pouring into the machine.
