Glaze for preparing sweet, chocolate-flavored popcorn.
Ingredients: sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, chocolate flavor, emulsifier - lecithin.
Nutritional values per 100 g of product:energy 1679kJ/400kcal, fat 0.7g, including saturated fatty acids 0.4g, saccharides 95.1g including sugars 94.5g, protein 1.2g, salt 0.1g
Preparation method:First, pour a portion of fat into the pot intended for popcorn. Wait until the fat is hot and add a portion of corn (follow the manufacturer's instructions, adapted to the type of machine). Now slowly add some of the POP GLAZE to the pot and mix.
Recommended proportions: For a portion of corn, it is recommended to use 2:1 portion of POP GLAZE (e.g. 50g of POP GLAZE is needed for 100g of popcorn corn). )
Store in a dry place.
