1. 1.If the line order is incorrect, it does not start properly, the current or other phenomena do not open, forced to use the drive board will burn!!!
2.If you use less than 60W without additional heat sink, please be sure to add more than 60W.
3. heatsink fins increase the performance without reducing the temperature is too high, they will shine for permanent damage!
4.The size of the heatsink may be due to the operation in poor environment (recommended cooling area greater than 200 square centimeters)!
5.When installing the heat sink, pay attention to the back of the module 6 MOS pipe insulation, no insulation, will stick to the drive disc permanently damaged! I suggest adding insulating foils on both sides of the insulating sheet and thermal paste!
