Trailer for towing

This solution does not make it difficult to throw out the braking system located at the front or lower the harness after landing). The system of ribbons used to connect the trailer with the tow rope can be used with various solutions for the end of the tow rope.

The trailer has been thoroughly tested. The new release mechanism has low friction resistance and is easier to install. The release handle is closer to the remote control, which makes it easier to use.

Installation of the release

An important role is played by the correct attachment of the release to the harness through additional metal eyelets located in places where the carrying straps are attached to carabiners. This method does not cause the straps to twist or the carabiners to stretch. It is also possible to use the trailer as a holster.

Eyes for attaching the trailer

These are screw-on metal eyelets made of stainless steel. Their size is matched to the width of the ribbon and the release.

Holpatent

The release can be used in a way that reduces the angle of attack of the wing during towed take-off (some wings are better then they take off).

The photos show the installation of the eyelets for the holster on one side of the wing. On the other hand, it is made in a similar way.

To use the release as a holster, you also need two square eyes (C5) and two delts (D4).
