Inactive gluten-free yeast flakes from the Five Przemian brand are a product without any additives - fine yeast flakes (resembling breadcrumbs) constitute 100% of the composition. They are a source of vitamins B, D and H, as well as microelements such as zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium. You can add them, among others: for sauces, soups, sandwiches, salads and muesli (they will give them a slightly cheese flavor).
