Indications

Extemporaneous treatment of symptoms flu, colds and flu-like conditions (headache, fever, nasopharyngitis) in adults and children over 15 years of age.

Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.

pheniramine maleate reduces congestion and swelling of the mucous membranes, which unblocks the nasal passages, inhibits the sneezing reflex and watery eyes.

Composition

One sachet contains:

paracetamol 500 mg,

ascorbic acid 200 mg,

pheniramine maleate 25 mg

Dosage

Adults and children over 15 years of age: 1 sachet 2 or 3 times a day.

The intervals in administering subsequent doses should be at least 4 hours. In case of impaired renal function (creatinine clearance below 10 ml/min), there should be a break of at least 8 hours between doses. The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in a glass of hot or cold water. The preparation should not be used for longer than 5 days without consulting a doctor. In the treatment of flu-like conditions, it is better to take the drug dissolved in hot water in the evening, as soon as possible after the symptoms appear.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Severe liver or kidney failure, narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia with urinary retention, children under 15 years of age, patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (contains sucrose).
