Ingredients: gluten-free OAT flakes, gluten-free OAT flour, rice flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed brown linseed, chia seeds, Himalayan salt.
PREPARATION
- . Preheat the oven (top - bottom) to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a roasting tin (small cake tin) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, oat flakes or ground linseed.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Stir thoroughly and add 500 ml of carbonated water.
- Mixed dough pour into a baking pan and put in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- After baking, remove the bread from the baking pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.
