To prepare Zdrowo Namieszane pancakes, simply mix 4 eggs with a glass of milk or plant drink, a glass of water and a tablespoon of oil. Then you just need to add the mixture, wait 5 minutes and you can start frying the pancakes. All you need is a minimal amount of oil, and if you have a ceramic frying pan, you can fry pancakes completely without fat.
