LIGHT GLUTEN-FREE BREAD BLEND OF FIVE TRANSFORMATIONS 440 g

INGREDIENTS
white rice flour, gluten-free oat flour, whole grain rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca, gluten-free oat flakes, psyllium husk, inulin, Himalayan salt, yeast.

PREPARATION METHOD
1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 500 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly.
3. Knead the dough.
4. Put in the oven preheated to 30-40 degrees C for 90 minutes.
5. After rising, knead again and shape into a loaf.
6. Put the bread in the oven and increase the temperature to 220 degrees C. Bake for 80 minutes. Store wrapped in a cloth.
