Indications for use:

A drug traditionally used to relieve temporary symptoms of mental exhaustion.

A traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the listed indications resulting from only from its long-term use.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to St. John's wort.

Precautions related to use:

Taking St. John's wort preparations may cause allergy to sunlight, especially in people with fair skin, therefore direct exposure to sunlight while using the preparation is not recommended.

If symptoms persist after 2 weeks of using the drug, consult a doctor.

Interactions with other medicinal products and other types of interactions:

Literature data indicate that taking St. John's wort preparations may cause the effect of some medicines to be weakened. Therefore, the drug should not be used with warfarin, cyclosporine, theophylline, digoxin. It is also possible to weaken the effect of oral contraceptives. When treating HIV infections with antivirals, St. John's wort extracts reduce their concentration (e.g. indinavir) in the plasma.

It is not recommended to use St. John's wort preparations without consulting a doctor, together with antidepressants that inhibit serotonin reuptake.

Hyperherba and pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Due to the lack of insufficient data, use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Dosage, method of use and route of administration:

Orally, adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day for two weeks. Drink the preparation with a sufficient amount of water.

Overdose:

After a significant overdose, the patient should be protected from sunlight and other sources of UV light for 1-2 weeks.

In case of If you miss a dose:

Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Side effects:

Gastrointestinal disorders, allergic skin reactions, fatigue and anxiety may occur. People with fair skin, after exposure to intense sunlight, may react with severe symptoms imitating sunburn. If you experience any side effects, please inform your doctor.

Storage of the drug:

Store in a closed container, at a temperature not higher than 25ºC, out of sight. and inaccessible to children.

Do not use the preparation after the expiry date.

Drug composition:

Hyperici herba - 330 mg

Excipients: potato starch, colloidal anhydrous silica.

One tablet contains not less than 0.2 mg of hypericins.
