1. Cut the top part along the line

2. Put your previously washed and dried feet into the bags

3. Put on thick socks to maintain the appropriate temperature

4. Keep it on your feet for about 2 hours (90-120 min.)

5. Remove the bags and throw them away. Wash your feet under warm water.
