Ingredients: 75% SOLUGEL™ fish collagen; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)]; 4% vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten and peanuts.

How to use:

Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with an appropriate amount of water, preferably with during or immediately after a meal. The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 4 capsules.
