A simple recipe for a collagen drink:

Pour 0.25 liters of water and 0.25 liters of mango juice into the shaker. Then add 5 scoops of NatiCol® 4000 collagen (one scoop to the level marked is approximately 10g). Mix by shaking vigorously. Leave the liquid in the refrigerator until it clears (approx. 30 minutes). Store in the refrigerator.
