It is perfect for baking recipes as well as a sugar substitute in a 1:1 ratio. It does not lose its sweet taste under the influence of temperature. Due to the lack of sugar in the product, the product is not suitable for fermentation and baking yeast cakes! Can be used by diabetics. The advantage of this product is that when consumed even in large quantities, it does not have a laxative effect.
