Universal installation in the car

The great advantage of the KneeGuard Kids 4 footrest is the ability to install it in almost any car. There are two mounting methods: using the ISOFIX system and without using it.

In the first case, we attach the hooks attached to the footrest to the mounting straps, and then put the whole thing through the mounting plate. We attach the hooks to the ISOFIX system mountings and tighten the belts so that the whole thing is stable.

In the absence of ISOFIX, plastic plates are placed on the fastening belts and inserted into the gap between the backrest and the seat of the sofa and rotate 90 degrees, setting them vertically. Then we also tighten the belts until the whole thing is very stable.

For children up to 3 years old - seats 9-18 kg

First attach the mounting plate and then the foot platform . Small children sitting in the seat have their feet at an angle of approximately 40 degrees, so it is recommended to adjust the appropriate position of the footrest by using the inclination angle switch. Thanks to a wide range of adjustments, you can easily adjust the footrest to the child's individual needs.

First attach the footrest, and then the mounting plate. In older children, the feet are usually placed horizontally and this position will be the most comfortable for them. As the child grows, the position of the platform should be gradually lowered, adjusting it to the length of the child's legs. The footrest has a very large height adjustment range of up to 38 cm, every 0.7 cm.
