How to apply the tapes?

Make sure your skin is washed and dry and the area you want to apply the tape to has been epilated. Prepare strips of tape by cutting them to the appropriate length and rounding the corners.

Be sure to activate the tape by rubbing lightly to allow the heat-sensitive adhesive to bond to your skin.

Try to apply the tape by massaging it longitudinally to maximize the lifting and lymphatic drainage effect.
