The product contains chocolate, in the summer season at high and very high temperatures, the chocolate may melt during transport. The customer ordering the product is fully aware and I accept this possibility. Most often, this may happen when the parcel stays in the parcel locker for a longer time.

IMPORTANT!

Due to high temperatures (e.g. during transport), the chocolate goods we sell in the summer are exposed to the appearance of a matte, gray-white coating on their surface. This phenomenon is the result of the migration of cocoa fat and its crystallization on the surface. Please remember that this process does not change the taste of the product or pose a threat to the consumer's health.
