The Callaway Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS Driver is a well-designed golf club for the better player. Lower start and low spin. Very compact head that is partially forgiving. It sacrifices some forgiveness.
Callaway introduced the Rogue ST line and the Triple Diamond LS driver in 2022 along with its three brothers, namely Max, Max LS and Max D. And in keeping with its Tour character, the Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS was designed to be the model with the least spin.
At first glance, there is nothing about the Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS driver that distinguishes it from other drivers in the Rogue ST family. It has the same matte black faded carbon fiber crown with a thin gold stripe on the trailing edge. In the center of the sole there is a gold Tungsten Speed Cartridge near the back of the club head. Looking at the sole reveals a major difference: there is weight near the center of the face. Additionally, the main difference between the Triple Diamond LS and other models is its size. When viewed on its own, the Triple Diamond LS looks compact, but not terrifyingly small. According to the data, it is 10 cm3 smaller than its brothers.
According to Callaway, the Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS is the driver model with the lowest rotation - spin. The Tungsten Speed insert in the Triple Diamond LS is the lightest of the four drivers from the Rogue ST family, weighing 20 grams. These savings are packaged into a round, adjustable weight near the face that optimizes CG while slightly reducing forgiveness. However, when using a smaller Tour-style head, the Triple Diamond LS does an impressive job of maintaining ball speed during mishaps.
