All training parameters that the smartwatch records during exercise will also be available from the application. This will allow her to create personalized training plans or set her own goals, e.g. steps to overcome.
Installation of the application takes less than 30 seconds, and to download it, you need to scan the QR code in the manual attached to the watch or use Google Play or AppStore. The application will first ask you to complete data about your figure, e.g. height or weight. All this to make the smartwatch measurement even more precise. The data can be changed on an ongoing basis in the Profile tab.
